Miramar Palace - Accreditation and Access
The Miramar Palace is a historic building located in an exceptional enclave in the center of the Concha Bay. It is an old building surrounded by gardens that does not have all the comforts of a conference center, but the beauty of the environment makes up for its shortcomings and inconveniences. The building has historical furnishings that we ask you to take care of and respect.
Access must be pedestrian, and the surrounding gardens can be accessed either through the South gate from the Bº del Antiguo, or through the North gate from the slope of Pº de Miraconcha. The accreditations must be made by accessing through the established access point, South gate (Bº del Antiguo). If there is a person with reduced mobility, this must be indicated in the registration form.
Access to the interior of the palace will only be granted to those persons in possession of an accreditation.
In case of coming by car, it is recommended to be accompanied by a person who can be responsible for the costumes, helmets, ... while the member parks. The Hotel Costa Vasca, at the rear of the palace, Pº Pio Baroja, 15 20018 Donostia / San Sebastián has parking open to the public.

Accreditation of participants will be open from Friday afternoon from 15:30 to 18:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00. Participants are not expected to leave their costumes at the Miramar Palace on Friday. The changing area will only be open on Saturday.
As we have mentioned, due to the COVID and in order to comply with the capacity of each space, it is foreseen the allocation of changing areas per Detachment, as well as the specification of a specific space for each participant. Access to each room/changing area will only be allowed to those authorized to enter that specific room/area (costume and assitant).
The palace does not have a restaurant or cafeteria service. There is a wide range of bars and restaurants in Matia Street, exit through the South Gate - Bº del Antiguo. Light picnics are allowed in the gardens surrounding the Palace, and eating inside is prohibited.
The palace must be empty on Saturday, November 27 at 21:15.
