Building Robots to Inspire Solidarity

 

The Pink Force Factory is an educational and charitable project that invites students from schools, colleges and universities to create replicas of the R2-KT robot in different sizes. With the aim of delivering these robots to children hospitalized with cancer and accompanying them during their treatments, this initiative seeks to unite technology and solidarity. The small replicas will be given to the children, while the larger ones will be used in accompanying visits to hospitals, creating moments full of magic.

How to Participate?

​

We are selecting educational centers with a high reputation in robotics to start the project. These centers will become pioneers and, in future calls, will guide other institutions with fewer resources to expand the program. We want this initiative to reach more places and for more and more children to enjoy the visit of a small R2-KT robot in their most difficult moments.

-  Asociación Española contra el Cáncer (AECC): Collaborates in the logistics of hospital visits and in the dissemination of science for young people.

-  Camp Tecnológico : Leader in robotics education, works on the redesign of robots, improving their capabilities and ensuring that each hospital visit is even more special.
